The Salomon S/Lab Ultra FDH trail running shoe is a result of ultra runner Francois d'Haene teaming up with Salomon to create a shoe that's perfect for tackling ultra distances.

Made specifically for ultramarathons, it's designed to keep you going no matter how long you're out there. With a dual-layer Energy Foam midsole and a ProFeel plate tucked inside it gives you plenty of cushioning and propulsion. The Energy Foam gives you a plush feel with just the right amount of bounce, while the composite ProFeel plate shields your feet from rough ground and helps push you forward when you're ready to kick it up a notch.

For the outsole, the S-Lab Ultra FDH features a contaGRIP rubber outsole with a 3.5 mm lug pattern, providing killer grip and durability on tricky trails. And up top, the Matryx upper uses tough Kevlar-enhanced fibres that resist wear and tear, while also keeping your feet cool and dry.
